LG India has posted an
image on its Facebook page to tease its new flagship smartphone, the LG G2which is expected to be launched soon in
India.
The teaser image does
not reveal anything new and comes with the taglines 'Learning from You LG G2
Coming Soon' and 'The best surprises are always hidden on the back'. Barring
the teaser image there is no official word yet on the LG G2's India launch.
The South Korean
electronics major seems to be doing its bit to generate interest in the Indian
market by teasing its flagship smartphone that launched globally last month.
Recently, the company announced that the LG G2 was ready for a global
roll out. The phone was recently launched in the United States and Germany. The
LG G2 was initially released in South Korea.
For those unaware, the
LG G2 comes with a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display with a pixel
density of 423 pixels-per-inch (ppi). It is powered by Qualcomm's quad-core
Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz. The device comes with 2GB RAM and
offers 16GB and 32GB storage options. The LG G2 sports a 13.0-megapixel rear
camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and a 2.1-megapixel front
shooter. The phone runs Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and is powered by a 3,000mAh
battery. The LG G2 also comes with software features like Answer Me, Plug &
Pop, Text Link, Slide Aside, and a Guest Mode.
